Description

Position Summary
Seeking a Helicopter Tour Pilot to conduct scenic helicopter tours while providing safe, professional, and customer-focused flight operations. This position also supports daily ground operations, aircraft readiness, and customer service in a fast-paced Part 91 sightseeing environment.


Responsibilities
• Conduct scenic helicopter tours in the Robinson R44 (Clipper I & II)
• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers
• Answer customer calls and assist with reservations
• Clean and refuel aircraft
• Complete flight logs and required documentation
• Assist with inventory and routine operational duties
• Conduct maintenance and repositioning flights as required
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively
• Comply with FAA regulations and company policies
• Participate in the FAA Drug & Alcohol Testing Program


Requirements
• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate – Rotorcraft Helicopter
• FAA Class II Medical Certificate (or higher)
• Robinson R44 SFAR endorsement
• Minimum 400 Rotorcraft PIC Hours
• Minimum 50 PIC Hours in the Robinson R44
• Current in the Robinson R44
• No accidents or FAA violations within the last 10 years
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work long days, nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call schedules
• Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
• Maximum flight weight of 205 pounds
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Must relocate within 45 minutes of Tampa, Florida
• Flexible availability during peak season (December–April)


Preferred Qualifications
• Robinson R44 CFI Certificate
• Robinson Safety Course completion
• Recent Robinson R44 PIC experience (within the last 90 days)
• Additional non-aviation skills
