Position Summary
The Pilot in Command is responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the Gulfstream G550 in support of domestic and international business aviation missions. This position leads all aspects of flight operations while ensuring exceptional passenger service, sound decision-making, and adherence to FAA regulations, company procedures, and industry best practices.

Schedule
• Full-Time
• Three-pilot flight department
• Approximately 450–500 flight hours annually
• Domestic and international operations, including frequent travel throughout Europe

Responsibilities
• Serve as Pilot in Command during Part 91 and Part 135 flight operations
• Plan and execute each flight while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures
• Complete flight planning, performance calculations, and weight and balance requirements
• Conduct required crew briefings and apply risk management principles throughout each mission
• Perform pre-flight inspections and verify aircraft readiness before departure
• Coordinate aircraft servicing requirements, including fueling, oil, and oxygen
• Deliver passenger safety briefings and provide a professional, personalized travel experience
• Utilize Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) to promote safe and effective flight operations
• Maintain accurate aircraft records and report maintenance discrepancies as required
• Collaborate with maintenance personnel, cabin crew, and operational support teams to ensure mission success
• Maintain all required training, qualifications, and regulatory compliance

Requirements
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
• Minimum 3,500 hours total flight time
• Minimum 2,000 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) time
• Minimum 1,500 hours Multi-Engine Land (MEL) time
• Minimum 500 hours PIC Multi-Engine Land (PIC MEL) time
• Minimum 500 hours jet time
• Minimum 300 hours instrument time
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position

Preferred Qualifications
• Four to six years of professional flight experience
• Corporate or business aviation experience
• FAA Gulfstream GV Series Type Rating
