Position Summary
Seeking a Direct Entry SAAB Captain to safely operate regional airline flights while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.

Responsibilities
• Safely operate SAAB aircraft in accordance with Transport Canada regulations and company procedures.
• Conduct multi-crew IFR flight operations.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and operational standards.
• Maintain professionalism while providing exceptional passenger service.
• Complete all required training, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Travel throughout Airline’s route network.

Requirements
• Valid Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
• Valid Category 1 Medical Certificate.
• Minimum 2,000 hours total flight time.
• Minimum 1,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.
• Minimum 1,000 hours relevant experience (multi-engine, multi-crew, IFR, and/or turbine experience in CARs 600/702/703/704/705 operations).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).
• Canadian citizen, Canadian permanent resident, or valid authorization to work in Canada.
• Ability to travel to and from the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous SAAB or regional airline experience.
• Multi-engine, turbine, and multi-crew IFR experience.

Compensation
• Starting base salary: $81,600 – $118,000 annually.
• $5.10 per duty hour per diem.
