Description

Position Summary

The Gulfstream G650 Co-Pilot assists the Captain in the safe, efficient, and professional operation of Gulfstream G650 aircraft during international private aviation missions. This position supports pre-flight planning, flight execution, regulatory compliance, and exceptional VIP customer service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational excellence.


Schedule
• Full-Time.
• Flexible schedule, including long-haul and on-call flights.
• Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.


Responsibilities
• Assist the Captain in operating the Gulfstream G650 in accordance with aviation regulations and company Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensure the highest levels of flight safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Deliver world-class service while maintaining discretion for VIP and corporate clients.
• Coordinate with flight operations, dispatch, and ground support personnel.
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections.
• Ensure aircraft readiness and airworthiness.
• Maintain current knowledge of international aviation regulations and industry best practices.
• Complete accurate flight logs and operational reports.


Requirements
• Valid FAA, EASA, or ICAO Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) License or Frozen ATPL.
• Valid Gulfstream G650 Type Rating (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Minimum 2,000 Hours Total Flight Time.
• Minimum 500 Hours on Gulfstream aircraft.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including long-haul and on-call assignments.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Qualifications
• International flight operations experience.
• Experience with global regulatory compliance.
• VIP or private charter experience.
• Additional language proficiency.
