Description

Position Summary
The Direct Entry Captain is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service. This position operates scheduled and charter flights throughout Atlantic Canada and Eastern North America while supporting a growing regional airline operation.


Schedule
• Full-Time
• Minimum 12 guaranteed days off per month.
• 78-credit monthly minimum guarantee.
• Overtime paid after 90 credits.


Responsibilities
• Safely operate company aircraft in accordance with company procedures and Transport Canada regulations.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.
• Conduct scheduled and charter operations throughout Canada and Eastern North America.
• Promote and support company safety initiatives.
• Maintain all required pilot qualifications and currency.


Requirements
• Valid Transport Canada Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL).
• Valid Transport Canada Group 1 Instrument Rating.
• Valid Transport Canada Multi-Engine Rating.
• Valid Transport Canada Class 1 Medical.
• Current Passport.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a C-1/D Crewmember Visa.
• Ability to travel to the United States without restrictions.
• High School Diploma.
• Transport Canada English Proficiency Level 4.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada.


Preferred Qualifications
• Canadian ATPL.
• Two-crew multi-engine turbine experience.
