Description

Position Summary
The Direct Entry First Officer assists the Captain in the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service. This position supports scheduled and charter operations throughout Atlantic Canada and Eastern North America.


Schedule
• Full-Time
• Minimum 12 guaranteed days off per month.
• 78-credit monthly minimum guarantee.
• Overtime paid after 90 credits.


Responsibilities
• Assist the Captain during all phases of flight.
• Operate aircraft in accordance with company procedures and Transport Canada regulations.
• Promote safe and efficient flight operations.
• Maintain required qualifications and operational currency.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and professionalism.


Requirements
• Valid Transport Canada Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL).
• Valid Transport Canada Group 1 Instrument Rating.
• Valid Transport Canada Multi-Engine Rating.
• Valid Transport Canada Class 1 Medical.
• Must possess one of the following:
• Valid ATPL.
• SAMRA & SARON.
• IATRA written within the previous two years.
• Current Passport.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a C-1/D Crewmember Visa.
• Ability to travel to the United States without restrictions.
• High School Diploma.
• Transport Canada English Proficiency Level 4.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada.


Preferred Qualifications
• Canadian ATPL.
• Two-crew multi-engine turbine experience.
