Position Summary

The Captain serves as Pilot in Command (PIC) of the Dassault Falcon 7X, ensuring the safe, efficient, and professional operation of all assigned flights. This position is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and customer service while conducting international flight operations.

Responsibilities
• Serve as Pilot in Command (PIC) for all assigned flights.
• Ensure the safety of crew members, passengers, and cargo.
• Conduct all flight operations in accordance with company procedures, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Verify all crew members are properly positioned during critical phases of flight.
• Coordinate flight crew duties to promote effective Crew Resource Management (CRM).
• Maintain aircraft navigation and compliance with operational limitations.
• Operate aircraft systems in accordance with the Aircraft Flight Manual.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and checklist discipline.
• Monitor fuel requirements and maintain required reserves.
• Coordinate with cabin crew to ensure passenger safety and service.
• Complete all required flight and technical documentation.
• Submit reports related to operational incidents or occurrences.
• Maintain current knowledge of aviation regulations and company procedures.
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
• Conduct passenger safety briefings prior to departure.

Requirements
• Airline Transport Pilot (ATPL) Certificate.
• Current Dassault Falcon 7X Type Rating.
• FAA, EASA, or UK Pilot License.
• Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• 5,000 Total Flight Hours.
• 500 Pilot in Command (PIC) Hours in the Falcon 7X.
• Strong knowledge of Falcon 7X systems and operational procedures.
• International flight operations experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Commitment to safety and customer service.
