I earned my PPL, Instrument Rating, CPL and Multi-Engine Rating at ATP Flight School in Mesa, Arizona; KIWA. After that, I chose to leave ATP and go to a smaller flight school called Angel Aviation in Glendale, Arizona; KGEU. There I earned my CFI, CFII and chose to go to their Anchorage location to earn my MEI. 

After all those certificates and ratings, I patiently waited for the CFI position to open up. Rather that keep on waiting, I opted to invest in my own aircraft and time build on my own schedule. I’ve gone from 470 to 1000+ hours at a much better rate and can’t wait to see what my next flying opportunity looks like.

June 20, 2024 After an NOD due to the Power-Off 180 Approach & Landing (I had to add a bit of power to make the threshold), I continued to complete the rest of the check ride satisfactorily. The retest was only on the one maneuver and was passed 5 days later after more training. Earned at KIWA

June 26, 2025 My CFI and CFI were earned earlier in the year at KGEU but I opted to get some experience outside Arizona at Angel Aviations original location in Anchorage Alaska. Earned at PAMR
1000 Flight Hours
July 7, 2026 I took a VFR solo cross-country trip to 4S7 (small farming town named Malin on California/Oregon border) to visit my friend and cross off a few more states on my list of states landed in. On the way I reached 1000 hours! :) Not a bad flight to reach that milestone.
