Position Summary
The Experienced First Officer serves as Second in Command on scheduled Part 121 operations, ensuring the safe transportation of passengers, mail, and freight while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, regulatory compliance, and customer service. This is a union-represented position.

Schedule
• Full-Time
• Multiple days away from home
• Variable schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Base assigned based on company operational needs

Responsibilities
• Serve as Second in Command on Part 121 operations
• Conduct preflight, inflight, and post-flight duties
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, company flight procedures, and company policies
• Coordinate fueling, loading, passenger handling, and other operational activities
• Work collaboratively with flight crews and other operational departments
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company

Requirements
• 200 hours of FAA-approved Prior Qualifying Time under FAR §121.436(a)(3)
• Minimum 1,465 hours total flight time or R-ATP qualified
• 500 hours cross-country flight time (200 hours if R-ATP or military qualified)
• 100 hours night flight time
• 250 hours Pilot-in-Command flight time, including:
• 100 hours cross-country PIC
• 25 hours night PIC
• 75 hours instrument flight time (actual or simulated)
• 25 hours multi-engine flight time
• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi-Engine and Instrument Ratings
• Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate
• FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
• Valid passport permitting unrestricted international travel
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age of 21
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to communicate in English
• Willingness to accept assignment to Seattle, WA; Portland, OR; Spokane, WA; Boise, ID; Medford, OR; Anchorage, AK; or Everett, WA
• Willingness to work multiple days away from home, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications
• 100 hours multi-engine flight time
• 100 hours flown within the last 12 months
• Four-year degree from an accredited university

Compensation
• Monthly pay guarantee: 75 credit hours
• Reserve pay guarantee: 73 credit hours
• Prior Part 121 longevity pay credit available (year-for-year match)
