I am a Team Lead Flight Instructor, CFI, CFII, MEI, and FAA Part 141 Check Instructor at US Aviation Academy. My primary focus is providing safe, standardized, and high-quality flight training while supporting student progression, instructor development, and operational consistency in a structured Part 141 training environment.
My experience includes single-engine, instrument, commercial, multi-engine, and instructor training, along with conducting stage checks and evaluations. I work to maintain a disciplined training environment centered on safety, regulatory compliance, risk management, quality of instruction, and professional cockpit standards.
As a Team Lead, I also support instructor mentorship, training standardization, communication with operations and dispatch, and process improvement initiatives. I enjoy the dual responsibility of instructing and evaluating because it allows me to help develop safer, more prepared pilots while also supporting the overall quality and consistency of the flight training program.
My long-term goal is to continue growing as a professional aviator and leader while building the experience, judgment, and operational mindset required for a successful aviation career.
