Position Summary
The C208 First Officer supports company flight operations aboard the Cessna 208 while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and operational compliance. This position offers a structured career progression pathway with opportunities to transition to larger aircraft within the fleet.

Schedule
• Full-Time
• Must be willing to operate away from Kenya for periods of 4–6 weeks

Responsibilities
• Serve as First Officer during flight operations
• Maintain compliance with company procedures and aviation regulations
• Support safe and efficient aircraft operations
• Operate multiple aircraft types as required
• Complete company training and qualification programs

Requirements
• Valid Kenyan Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL)
• Cessna 208 Type Rating
• Multi-Engine Instrument Rating
• Gas Turbine Rating
• Performance A Rating
• Minimum six flight hours within the previous six months
• Willingness to operate outside Kenya for periods of four to six weeks
• Willingness to operate two aircraft types
• Commitment to serve the company for a minimum of five years
