Description

Position Summary

The Second in Command (SIC) supports the Captain in the safe and efficient operation of the Gulfstream IV during Part 135 charter flight operations. This home-based position assists with all phases of flight while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations, company procedures, and the highest standards of safety and customer service.


Schedule
• Full-Time
• Home-Based Position
• 17 Days On / 14 Days Off (first and last day are soft days off)
• Flexible schedule based on operational needs


Responsibilities
• Assist the Captain during all phases of flight operations
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company policies
• Promote safe and efficient flight operations using industry best practices
• Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers
• Maintain a flexible approach to changing flight schedules
• Work collaboratively with fellow crew members to support company operations
• Contribute to a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement


Requirements
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with Multi-Engine Land Rating or ATP Written Completed
• Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
• Minimum 2,500 hours total flight time
• Minimum 750 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) time
• Minimum 1,000 hours fixed-wing multi-engine time
• Minimum 25 hours SIC time in Gulfstream IV (GIV)
• Ability to work a flexible flight schedule


Preferred Qualifications
• Previous Part 135 charter experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional, team-oriented attitude
• Commitment to operational safety and continuous improvement
