Description
Position Summary
The Second in Command (SIC) supports multi-crew flight training by serving as the non-flying training partner for customers participating in simulator-based programs. This position maintains required pilot qualifications and operates as SIC during recurrent, initial, and other approved training events while ensuring compliance with company standards, FAA requirements, and quality management procedures.

Responsibilities
• Serve as Second in Command (SIC) for customers participating in multi-crew simulator training without a flight partner
• Support recurrent, initial, and other approved training programs as assigned
• Maintain all required SIC qualifications, certifications, ratings, and currency
• Comply with company Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and operating standards
• Perform SIC duties for Part 142, Part 135, and non-FAA training programs as required
• Maintain professionalism while interacting with customers and training personnel
• Adapt to changing training schedules and operational requirements
Requirements
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Two to three years of related aviation experience or equivalent training
• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with appropriate category, class, and instrument ratings
• Minimum 450 hours total flight time
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent cockpit communication and crew coordination abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced training environment and adapt to changing schedules
• Ability to meet all physical requirements necessary to operate full-flight simulators
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required export authorization, security clearance, or regulatory approvals as applicable
