Description

Position Summary

The First Officer or Relief Pilot supports safe and efficient flight operations across a diverse fleet serving domestic and international routes. This position offers long-term career progression with opportunities to advance to Captain while operating modern narrowbody and widebody aircraft throughout a global route network.


Schedule
• Full-Time
• Assigned to one of four crew bases
• Domestic and international flight operations


Responsibilities
• Assist the Captain in the safe operation of company aircraft
• Conduct flights in accordance with company policies and Transport Canada regulations
• Maintain compliance with all operational, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Complete required flight planning and operational documentation
• Support safe, efficient, and professional flight operations
• Maintain all required licenses, ratings, and medical certifications


Requirements
• Minimum 2,000 hours fixed-wing flight time
• Canadian Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL)
• Current Group 1 (Multi-Engine) Instrument Rating
• Eligible for a Transport Canada Category 1 Medical Certificate
• Valid Canadian passport
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC)
• Eligible to work in Canada and travel throughout the company’s international network


Preferred Qualifications
• College diploma or university degree
• Aviation college diploma or degree
• Commercial or military flight experience
• Multi-crew jet and/or turboprop experience

Compensation
• First Officer / Relief Pilot: Not Specified
• Narrowbody Captain: Approximately CAD $255,000–$291,000 annually, plus expenses
• Widebody Captain: Approximately CAD $315,000–$397,000 annually, plus expenses
