Description

Position Summary

The Bell 412 Second-in-Command (SIC) assists the Pilot in Command in the safe and efficient operation of Bell 412 helicopter missions. This role supports VFR and IFR operations in remote and challenging environments while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, regulatory compliance, and crew coordination.


Schedule
• Full-Time
• Remote deployments as required


Responsibilities
• Assist the Pilot in Command during all phases of flight
• Support safe and compliant VFR and IFR helicopter operations
• Maintain compliance with company policies and aviation regulations
• Participate in effective Crew Resource Management (CRM)
• Maintain required pilot qualifications and operational currency
• Support operations in remote and challenging environments
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and strong communication skills


Requirements
• Indonesian citizen
• ICAO Commercial Pilot Licence – Helicopter (CPL(H))
• Instrument Rating – Helicopter (IR(H))
• Class 1 Medical Certificate
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher
• Minimum 500 total helicopter flight hours
• Strong teamwork, communication, and CRM skills
• High level of professionalism, discipline, and commitment to safety
• No history of aviation accidents, serious incidents, or licence suspension/revocation
• Willingness to be based and deployed in remote operational areas


Preferred Qualifications
• Bell 412 Type Rating
• Previous Bell 412 flight experience
• Multi-engine helicopter experience
• Candidates without a Bell 412 Type Rating may be considered for company-sponsored type rating training
