Position Summary

The Boeing 737 Classic Captain is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Boeing 737-300/400/500 aircraft while maintaining the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. In addition to flight duties, this position may support flight operations management and serve as Chief Pilot when required.

Responsibilities
• Serve as Pilot in Command on Boeing 737 Classic Series aircraft
• Ensure safe and compliant flight operations
• Maintain the highest standards of operational discipline and professionalism
• Support flight operations management as assigned
• Perform Chief Pilot responsibilities when required
• Promote operational excellence and flight safety
• Comply with company policies and aviation regulations

Requirements
• Indonesian citizen
• Valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL)
• Valid Boeing 737 Classic (B737-300/400/500) Type Rating
• Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time
• Minimum 1,000 hours Pilot in Command on the Boeing 737 Classic Series
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to perform both flying and management responsibilities
• No history of aviation licence suspension or revocation
• Willing to be based and deployed as required
• Non-smoker and no use of cigarettes, vaping devices, or nicotine products

Preferred Qualifications
• Boeing 737 Type Rating Instructor (TRI)
• Boeing 737 Type Rating Examiner (TRE)
• Previous flight operations management experience
