Description
Position Summary
The Simulator Second in Command (SIC) supports customer training by serving as the Second in Command for pilots participating in recurrent, initial, and generic simulator training courses. This position maintains qualification in assigned aircraft programs and provides professional multi-crew support during Part 142, Part 135, and non-FAA training events without performing instructional duties.

Responsibilities
• Serve as Second in Command for customer simulator training when a training partner is unavailable
• Support recurrent, initial, and generic multi-crew training programs
• Maintain SIC qualification for assigned aircraft programs
• Comply with FlightSafety Quality Management System (QMS) procedures
• Maintain all required pilot certificates, ratings, and qualifications
• Act as SIC during Part 142, Part 135, and non-FAA training events
• Provide professional cockpit communication and crew coordination
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a training environment
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED
• Commercial Pilot Certificate with appropriate category, class, and instrument ratings
• Minimum 450 hours total flight time
• Two to three years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Excellent cockpit communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and high-pressure situations
• Ability to interact professionally with customers
