Description

Position Summary

The Captain is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft while ensuring the safety of passengers, cargo, and crew during all phases of flight. This position oversees flight operations, aircraft airworthiness, and regulatory compliance while supporting safe and economical airline operations. Qualified candidates may be considered for either the Commander or Fast Track Commander pathway based on their experience and the Pilot Recruitment Committee’s evaluation.

Responsibilities
• Verify aircraft registration, airworthiness certificates, and required flight manuals.
• Monitor aircraft fueling operations and confirm fuel quantity and distribution.
• Perform external and internal aircraft inspections.
• Verify emergency, survival, and cabin equipment when required.
• Obtain current weather information for routes, destinations, and alternate airports.
• Complete required flight documentation while serving as Pilot Monitoring.
• Return cabin materials and operational equipment to their proper locations following each flight.
• Scan and submit aircraft logbook documentation.


Requirements
• Commercial Pilot License.
• MNTE License (Valid or Expired).
• IFR Qualification (Valid or Expired).
• Minimum 100 hours of night flight time (Commander applicants).
• First Class CMA (PC) Medical Certificate issued in Brazil.
• Valid Brazilian Passport.
• Flight hours reviewed by the Pilot Recruitment Committee.


Preferred Qualifications
• ICAO English Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
• Higher education degree.
