Position Summary

The Captain is responsible for safely operating Phenom 100 and Phenom 300 aircraft while delivering an exceptional customer experience during Part 91 and Part 135 operations. This position requires sound decision-making, effective crew resource management, and a commitment to safety, professionalism, and continuous development.

Responsibilities
• Safely operate Phenom 100 and Phenom 300 aircraft during Part 91 and Part 135 operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers.
• Exercise sound judgment and effective Crew Resource Management (CRM).
• Maintain compliance with all applicable FAA regulations and company procedures.
• Support safe and efficient charter and aircraft management operations.
• Participate in recurrent training and professional development.

Requirements
• Minimum 3,500 hours total flight time.
• Minimum 500 hours in jet aircraft.
• Minimum 200 hours PIC or SIC in type.
• Minimum 500 Pilot in Command (PIC) hours.
• Light or midsize jet experience.
• FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Clean safety record with no violations.
• Previous Part 135 experience.
• Current PIC or SIC experience in the Phenom 100 or Phenom 300.
• Corporate flight department experience.
