Position Summary

The First Officer supports the Pilot in Command (PIC) in the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of company aircraft. This position assists with all phases of flight while ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, company procedures, and operational standards.

Schedule
• Full-Time.

Responsibilities
• Assist the Pilot in Command during all phases of flight.
• Review and verify flight plans, weather information, and operational requirements.
• Perform Second-in-Command duties in accordance with company procedures and aviation regulations.
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers, crew members, aircraft, and flight operations.
• Report operational, safety, security, and compliance concerns.
• Maintain current licenses, medical certificates, passports, visas, and operational qualifications.
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight duties.
• Assist with flight documentation, ground coordination, refueling supervision, radio communications, and cockpit preparation.
• Support operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Head of Flight Operations.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Commercial Pilot License (CPL).
• Instrument Rating.
• Multi-Engine Rating.
• Frozen ATPL (for CPL holders in accordance with CAAT regulations).
• Current Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and flight operations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• No criminal record.
• No history of aviation incidents or accidents attributable to pilot negligence.
