I’m Ruben Bakker, based in Haarlem, the Netherlands, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a business and hospitality-oriented mindset — organized, client-focused, and driven to get things done well.

I hold a frozen ATPL with CPL(A), ME/IR, SEP, Night, and PBN ratings, completed since last year, and this year I finished my FI(A) flight instructor rating. Alongside this, I run my own painting and renovation business, which has sharpened my entrepreneurial skills, planning, and direct client communication.

I’m ready for a new challenge and open to relocation — I thrive in dynamic, people-focused environments and enjoy adapting quickly to new settings.
