The Pilot in Command is responsible for the safe operation of rotor wing aircraft supporting Part 135 and Part 91 flight operations. This position conducts executive transportation, crew changes, surveillance, and offshore logistics while ensuring the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
• Serve as Pilot in Command for assigned Part 135 and Part 91 flight operations.
• Conduct preflight inspections and ensure aircraft airworthiness.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, Operations Specifications, and company Standard Operating Procedures.
• Review weather, NOTAMs, and flight planning requirements before each mission.
• Promote effective Crew Resource Management (CRM).
• Coordinate with maintenance regarding aircraft discrepancies.
• Maintain required certifications, medical qualifications, and flight currency.
• Ensure required aircraft documentation is onboard and current.
• Supervise fueling and oil servicing operations.
• Conduct passenger safety briefings and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain operational control throughout assigned flights.
• Coordinate with logistics regarding schedules, passengers, and cargo.
• Complete all required post-flight documentation, flight logs, and aircraft records.
• Participate in the company’s Safety Management System (SMS).

Requirements
• Meet FAR 135.243(c) Pilot in Command qualifications.
• Minimum 750 hours total flight time.
• Minimum 100 hours cross-country flight time, including 25 hours at night.
• Previous commercial or flight instruction experience.
• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate.
• FAA Instrument Rating.
• Type Rating, if required.
• FAA Second-Class Medical Certificate.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• Ability to pass pre-employment substance abuse screening.
