Position Summary
The LR45 Crew position supports Part 91 and Part 135 flight operations as a flight crew member. This position reports directly to the Chief Pilot and supports safe flight operations while assisting with aircraft procedures, manuals, and onboard amenities.

Responsibilities
• Perform Part 91 and Part 135 duties as a flight crew member.
• Report directly to the Chief Pilot.
• Assist the Chief Pilot with maintaining and updating SOPs.
• Assist with maintaining and updating aircraft manuals.
• Assist with maintaining onboard aircraft amenities.
• Support the company’s Safety Management System and associated safety culture.

Requirements
• ATP or Multi-Engine Commercial Pilot Certificate.
• Minimum two years of corporate aviation experience.
• Must live within one hour of KCLT.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Willingness to work extended hours when required.

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree.
