Position Summary
The Challenger 300 Captain is responsible for safely operating the aircraft in support of private aviation travel. This position ensures each flight is conducted safely and efficiently in accordance with applicable regulations, operating procedures, and established safety standards.

Schedule
• Full-time.
• On-call availability required.

Responsibilities
• Safely operate the Challenger 300 aircraft.
• Review aircraft maintenance status before flight.
• Conduct required pre-flight inspections in accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
• Review weather conditions and facilities along planned routes, including destination and alternate airports.
• Conduct flights in accordance with applicable Federal Aviation Regulations and established policies and procedures.
• Ensure the safety of passengers, crew, and aircraft.
• Complete all required trip paperwork accurately and in accordance with established procedures.

Requirements
• Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time.
• Minimum 1,500 hours PIC.
• Minimum 1,500 hours multi-engine land.
• Minimum 500 hours multi-engine PIC.
• Minimum 500 hours turbojet.
• Minimum 250 hours instrument.
• Challenger 300 type rating or comparable aircraft type rating.
• Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• Ability to complete ICAO international procedures training annually.
• Primary residence within a two-hour drive of KIAD or willingness to relocate.
