I have attained more than 13 years of experience spanning military aviation, aircraft manufacturing, leadership, and quality assurance. Proven expertise in aircraft maintenance, inspections, avionics testing, flight control assembly, and regulatory compliance.

 

Beginning my career in the United States Navy, I developed a strong foundation in aircraft maintenance, operational readiness, and personnel leadership. I later joined Embraer, contributing to the production of the Phenom 100 and Phenom 300 aircraft through component installation, avionics testing, and flight control assembly. My technical proficiency and leadership led to advancement as Team Lead and subsequently Quality Inspector, where I was responsible for ensuring compliance with FAA requirements, engineering specifications, and company quality standards.
