I am writing to express my interest in joining your airline as an A320F First Officer. With 10,246 total flight hours, including 3,086 hours as Pilot-in-Command on the 

Airbus A320 family, I bring extensive international airline experience, a strong safety oriented mindset, and a proven commitment to operational excellence and professional standards.

Throughout my career, I have operated the A320F across North, Central and South America, as well as Europe, including Turkey. My experience includes command positions with Volaris Costa Rica and Avion Express, where I was responsible for the safe and efficient operation of international flights, crew leadership, and the effective application of CRM principles. Prior to my command experience, I accumulated more than 5,600 hours as an A320F First Officer, providing me with a broad operational perspective and a solid understanding of the responsibilities and challenges faced by flight crews at different stages of their careers.

In addition to my airline experience, I have served as a Flight Instructor, training and evaluating pilots in procedures, flight techniques, safety standards, and professional performance. This experience strengthened my ability to provide constructive feedback, develop other pilots, and promote a cockpit culture based on communication, discipline, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Since September 2025, I have served as a Flight Operations Standards Inspector with the Costa Rican Civil Aviation Authority, where I am involved in the oversight and evaluation of airline flight operations standards and regulatory compliance. This role has further broadened my understanding of operational safety, regulatory requirements, and the responsibilities of both flight crews and operators. It has also provided valuable exposure to different regulatory frameworks, including ICAO, FAA, and EASA standards.

I hold ICAO, FAA, and EASA A320F qualifications /experience, including an FAA ATPL and previous EASA ATPL validation, as well as an ICAO Captain A320F type rating.

I am also an ICAO English Level 5 speaker and have extensive experience working within multicultural operational environments.
