Position Summary

The PC-12 Pilot is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft under 14 CFR Part 135 regulations while transporting patients and supporting critical air ambulance missions. This position requires strict compliance with FAA, TSA, and company policies, exceptional leadership, and a commitment to providing safe, professional, and customer-focused medical flight operations.

Schedule
• Full-Time
• Variable schedule, including on-call, nights, weekends, holidays, and potential overnights

Responsibilities
• Serve as Pilot in Command on Part 135 air ambulance operations
• Ensure the safety, security, and operational control of each flight
• Conduct pre-flight planning, including weather, routing, weight and balance, and regulatory compliance
• Comply with TSA Twelve-Five Standard Security Program (TFSSP) requirements
• Coordinate with Dispatch and Operations Control throughout flight operations
• Complete all required flight and operational documentation
• Verify aircraft airworthiness and flight readiness
• Provide professional customer service to passengers and medical personnel
• Participate in recurrent training, safety programs, and security training
• Represent the company professionally during all operations

Requirements
• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Airplane Multi-Engine Land (AMEL) and Instrument Ratings
• Current FAA First-Class or Second-Class Medical Certificate
• Current PC-12 qualification
• Minimum 2,000 hours total flight time
• Minimum 1,200 hours Pilot in Command
• Minimum 100 hours PIC in the PC-12
• Minimum 500 hours turbine time
• Minimum 200 hours instrument time
• PC-12 initial and recurrent training completed within the previous 12 months
• Valid U.S. driver’s license
• FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
• Valid passport
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and aviation security programs
• Ability to work a flexible schedule

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous Part 135 experience
• Applicable aircraft type rating(s)
• Experience with TSA Twelve-Five Program compliance
• Experience operating in mountainous terrain and IFR-intensive environments
