Description

Position Summary
The Captain is responsible for the safe, secure, and efficient operation of Airbus A320 Family aircraft in international airline operations. The role holds technical command of the aircraft, leads the flight and cabin crews, and ensures each flight is conducted in accordance with applicable operational, safety, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
• Ensure the safety and security of crew, passengers, cargo, and aircraft
• Exercise full command of the aircraft from taxi-out through final engine shutdown
• Lead the flight and cabin crews
• Demonstrate effective decision-making and crew resource management
• Operate efficiently and in accordance with applicable fuel and sustainability policies
• Support consistent on-time performance and operational reliability
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and operational excellence


Requirements
• Minimum 5,500 hours Total Flight Time
• Minimum 2,500 hours PIC on multi-crew, glass cockpit aircraft
• Minimum 1,500 hours PIC on an A320 Family aircraft
• Must have flown an A320 Family aircraft within the last 12 months
• A320 type rating valid for at least two months at the time of joining
• Unrestricted and current ICAO ATPL
• Current on the A320
• Unrestricted and current Class 1 Medical Certificate
• Must not have attained age 59 on the day of joining
• Minimum ICAO English Level 4
• For hours accumulated on flights with inflight relief, 75% of total hours will count toward the required minimums

Compensation
• Potential annual package up to AED 674,029 / USD $181,589 based on 75 flying hours per month
