Description

Position Summary
The Captain is responsible for the safe, secure, and efficient operation of Airbus wide-body aircraft in international airline operations. The role holds technical command of the aircraft, leads the flight crew, and ensures compliance with applicable operational and regulatory standards.


Responsibilities
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers, crew, cargo, and aircraft
• Exercise full command of the aircraft from taxi-out through final engine shutdown
• Lead flight and cabin crews using effective decision-making and crew resource management
• Operate efficiently and in accordance with company fuel and sustainability policies
• Support consistent on-time operational performance
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and operational excellence


Requirements
• Minimum 7,000 hours Total Flight Time
• Meet either Criteria A or Criteria B
• Criteria A: Minimum 2,500 hours PIC on jet multi-crew new-generation/EFIS aircraft
• Criteria A: Minimum 2,000 PIC hours on wide-body aircraft above 140 tons
• Criteria A: Minimum 1,500 PIC hours on any Airbus Wide Body FBW or Boeing wide-body aircraft
• Criteria B: Minimum 3,000 PIC hours on jet multi-crew new-generation/EFIS aircraft
• Criteria B: Minimum 2,500 PIC hours on wide-body aircraft above 140 tons
• Flown an Airbus Wide Body FBW or Boeing wide-body aircraft within the last 12 months
• Type rating on an Airbus Wide Body FBW or Boeing wide-body aircraft valid for at least two months at time of joining
• Unrestricted and current ICAO ATPL
• Unrestricted and current Class 1 Medical Certificate
• Must not have attained age 59 on the day of joining
• Minimum ICAO English Level 4

Compensation
