Position Summary

The Direct Entry Captain will serve as Pilot in Command of Boeing 737 flight operations, maintaining high standards of safety, operational efficiency, and professionalism. This position requires substantial Boeing 737 and command experience and may be assigned to an operational base in Italy according to operational requirements.

Schedule
• Initial 6-month fixed-term contract.
• Contract may be renewed based on performance and operational needs.
• Operational base in Italy assigned according to company needs.

Responsibilities
• Serve as Pilot in Command (PIC) during assigned Boeing 737 flight operations.
• Conduct flights in accordance with applicable regulations, procedures, and operational standards.
• Maintain high standards of safety, operational efficiency, and professionalism.
• Support safe and effective multi-crew flight operations.

Requirements
• Valid EASA Pilot Licence.
• Boeing 737 CL, NG, or MAX Type Rating, currently valid or expired for no more than three years.
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• More than 4,000 hours Total Flight Time.
• More than 1,000 hours Boeing 737 flight time.
• More than 1,000 hours as Captain on the Boeing 737 or equivalent twin-engine jet aircraft.
• No pending charges.
• Completed Candidate Information Sheet.
• Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV).
• Signed declaration confirming no previous accidents or serious incidents.

Preferred Qualifications
• Letter(s) of Reference.
