Position Summary

The Direct Entry Captain leads all aspects of Part 121 flight operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant flights while guiding and supporting crew performance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot in Command with full operational responsibility
• Ensure safe and compliant Part 121 operations
• Lead and manage flight crew performance
• Oversee flight planning, performance, and execution
• Maintain operational excellence and customer experience

Requirements

• First Class Medical
• 5,000 Total Time preferred
• 2,000 Turbine PIC
• 1,000 PIC Part 121
• Must meet 14 CFR 121.436 requirements
• U.S. Passport required
• Must pass DOT drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive airline captain experience
• B737 type rating preferred

Compensation

• ~$206,700 Year 1 (including training pay)
• $16,800/month after sim checkride
• $19,200/month @ 80 hrs
