Description

Position Summary

The First Officer supports the safe and efficient operation of the Embraer E170 during scheduled regional airline operations throughout the Caribbean. Working alongside the Captain, this position ensures compliance with company procedures and aviation regulations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.

Responsibilities
• Assist the Captain during all phases of flight operations
• Conduct flights in accordance with company procedures and applicable aviation regulations
• Maintain the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and Crew Resource Management (CRM)
• Support efficient multi-crew flight operations throughout the Caribbean network
• Maintain required training, qualifications, and operational currency


Requirements
• Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with Instrument Rating (IR) and Multi-Engine Rating, or Frozen ATPL
• Valid Embraer E170/190 Type Rating
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher
• Valid Passport
• License acceptable for validation by the Turks and Caicos Islands Civil Aviation Authority (FAA, ICAO, or EASA)
• Minimum 1,500 hours total flight time
• Minimum 300 hours multi-engine flight time
• Minimum 300 hours turbine flight time
• Minimum 300 hours multi-crew flight time
• Minimum 300 hours on Embraer E170/190 aircraft


Preferred Qualifications
• USA Crew Visa
• Previous regional airline experience
• IFR operational experience
• Experience with EFIS/FMS avionics
• Previous IOSA operating environment experience
• Strong Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat & Error Management (TEM) skills
