Position Summary

The First Officer assists the Captain in the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and customer service. This position supports all phases of flight, ensures compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures, and contributes to a safe, reliable, and exceptional travel experience for passengers.

Schedule
• Full-Time
• Variable schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overnights.
• Domestic and international travel as assigned.

Responsibilities
• Assist the Captain during all phases of flight.
• Ensure the safety of passengers, crew members, and aircraft.
• Perform preflight inspections, systems checks, and fuel quantity verification.
• Prepare aircraft weight and balance calculations and load manifests.
• Monitor ATC communications and assist with flight operations.
• Report aircraft discrepancies and maintenance issues.
• Complete all required checklists and operational documentation.
• Assist with securing the aircraft following each flight.
• Verify and maintain accurate flight time records.
• Model exceptional customer service and professionalism.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements
• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate – Airplane Multi-Engine Land with Instrument Rating.
• ATP-CTP course completion certificate.
• Current FAA ATP Written examination.
• Meet FAA ATP or Restricted ATP eligibility requirements.
• FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• FCC Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
• Valid passport.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Minimum 1,500 total flight hours, or qualify under one of the following FAA R-ATP pathways:
• 1,250 total flight hours.
• 1,000 total flight hours.
• 750 total flight hours.
• Minimum 500 hours fixed-wing flight time.
• Minimum 250 hours Pilot in Command (PIC).
• Minimum 200 hours cross-country flight time.
• Minimum 100 hours cross-country PIC.
• Minimum 100 hours night flight time.
• Minimum 25 hours night PIC.
• Minimum 25 hours multi-engine flight time.
• Minimum 75 hours instrument flight time.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Preferred Qualifications
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
• 3,000 total flight hours.
• 1,000 hours turbine Part 121 experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 500 flight hours within the previous 12 months.
