Description

Position Summary
The First Officer supports the Captain in the safe, secure, and efficient operation of Airbus A320 Family aircraft in international airline operations. The role assists with flight preparation, navigation, aircraft operation, and operational decision-making while maintaining compliance with applicable regulatory and company standards.

Responsibilities
• Assist the Captain with flight preparation, navigation, and aircraft operation
• Ensure compliance with applicable operating procedures and regulatory standards
• Maintain a continuous and independent check of aircraft position, terrain, and weather
• Provide clear communication, advice, and support to the Captain
• Contribute to safe and efficient operational decision-making
• Maintain high standards of discipline, conduct, and professionalism
• Assume command in accordance with company procedures in the event of Captain incapacitation


Requirements
• Meet either Criteria A or Criteria B
• Criteria A: Minimum 2,000 hours Total Flight Time
• Criteria A: Minimum 1,500 hours on multi-crew, glass cockpit MPA aircraft
• Criteria A: Minimum 500 hours on type
• Criteria B: Minimum 1,500 hours Total Flight Time
• Criteria B: Minimum 1,000 hours on any A320 Family aircraft
• Must have flown an A320 Family aircraft within the last 12 months
• A320 type rating valid for at least two months at the time of joining
• Unrestricted ATPL or valid Frozen ATPL issued by an ICAO member state
• Frozen ATPL/CPL holders must provide ATPL Theoretical Knowledge Exam results and an integrated ATPL course completion certificate
• Unrestricted and current Class 1 Medical Certificate
• Must not have attained age 50 on the day of joining
• Minimum ICAO English Level 4
