Position Summary

The Boeing 737 First Officer supports charter airline flight operations from multiple bases in Poland. This opportunity is open to lower-time commercial pilots meeting the required licensing and training standards and includes Boeing 737 Type Rating training.

Schedule
• Long-term contract.
• Recruitment scheduled for October 2026.
• Theoretical training scheduled for November through December 2026.
• Simulator training scheduled for January through March 2027.
• Line training scheduled for March through May 2027.

Responsibilities
• Serve as First Officer during Boeing 737 flight operations.
• Support the Captain throughout assigned flight operations.
• Perform assigned flight duties in accordance with applicable regulations and operating procedures.
• Complete required Boeing 737 theoretical, simulator, and line training.
• Maintain required licensing, medical certification, and operational proficiency.

Requirements
• Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) with frozen ATPL.
• Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (IR/ME).
• Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) Certificate, including theoretical and practical training.
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Minimum 200 hours Total Time.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
