Position Summary

The First Officer (Second in Command) supports the Pilot in Command during all phases of Boeing 737-600NG flight operations while ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant transport of passengers and cargo. This position operates under Part 121 regulations, maintains the highest standards of operational safety, and serves as Pilot Flying (PF) or Pilot Monitoring (PM) as assigned.

Schedule
• Full-Time
• Operates in accordance with Part 121 scheduling and flight duty regulations
• Domestic and international flight operations as assigned

Responsibilities
• Serve as Second in Command (SIC) during all assigned flight operations
• Assist the Pilot in Command and assume PIC responsibilities if required due to incapacitation
• Safely transport passengers and cargo while maintaining compliance with company procedures and federal regulations
• Perform Pilot Flying (PF) and Pilot Monitoring (PM) duties as assigned
• Review aircraft maintenance records, weather information, NOTAMs, flight plans, and operational documentation before departure
• Calculate aircraft weight and balance along with takeoff and landing performance data
• Maintain proficiency with aircraft systems, company operating manuals, and FAA regulations
• Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Complete additional operational duties as assigned

Requirements
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with Boeing 737 Type Rating and no restrictions
• FAA First Class Medical Certificate (EKG required if over 39 years of age)
• Minimum 1,500 hours total in-seat flight time as a crewmember in fixed-wing aircraft
• Active U.S. Department of Defense Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Security Clearance
• Current U.S. DHS/TSA LAS Airport Badge
• Valid U.S. Passport or U.S. Birth Certificate
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License
• Ability to comply with all applicable 14 CFR Parts 60, 61, 67, 117, 120, and 121 requirements, including the FAA age 65 limitation
• Ability to maintain all required company and FAA training qualifications
