Description
Position Summary
The First Officer supports the Captain in the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft during regional airline operations. This position assists with all phases of flight while ensuring compliance with CASA regulations, company procedures, and the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.

Responsibilities
• Assist the Captain during all phases of flight operations
• Conduct flight operations in accordance with CASA regulations and company procedures
• Support safe, efficient, and professional regional airline operations
• Maintain the highest standards of safety and operational excellence
• Work collaboratively with flight crew members to ensure safe and reliable service
• Participate in company training and career development opportunities
Requirements
• Minimum 500 hours total flight time in an aeroplane
• Australian Air Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL(A)) or Australian Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL(A)) with passes in all Australian ATPL theory subjects
• Australian Instrument Rating – Multi-Engine Aeroplane with Instrument Approach 2D and 3D endorsements
• Level 6 English Language Proficiency
• Current CASA Class 1 Aviation Medical Certificate
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
• Ability to pass the company pre-employment medical examination
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
• Current passport with unrestricted access to all company destinations
• Legal authorization to work in Australia or New Zealand without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
• Minimum 50 hours flown within the previous 12 months

Compensation
• AUD $79,252–$94,383 annually, plus superannuation and applicable allowances
