Position Summary
The C408 Captain Floater is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Cessna 408 SkyCourier while supporting scheduled cargo operations under Part 121 and Part 135. This position operates throughout the Midwest and Eastern United States and requires maintaining the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and operational performance.

Schedule
• 4 weeks on / 1 week off (PTO)

Responsibilities
• Safely operate the Cessna 408 SkyCourier in Part 121 and Part 135 cargo operations
• Maintain compliance with all FAA regulations and company policies
• Perform assigned cargo flight operations
• Maintain IFR proficiency and currency
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate – Multi-Engine Land
• 1,800 Total Flight Hours
• 300 Multi-Engine Land Hours
• 500 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Hours
• 500 Cross-Country Hours
• 100 Night Hours
• 100 Instrument Hours (75 hours must be in aircraft)
• 100 Turbine Hours
• Current IFR proficiency and currency
• Valid passport
• U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the United States
