Position Summary
The Captain is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Dash 8-300 as Pilot-in-Command while supporting passenger charter, cargo transport, and customized flight operations throughout Northern Canada. This position ensures compliance with all operational procedures while maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer service.

Responsibilities
• Operate the Dash 8-300 safely and efficiently as Pilot-in-Command (PIC)
• Review weather, NOTAMs, and all available flight information
• Verify Type A flight plans for accuracy
• Conduct pre-flight inspections
• Complete post-flight duties
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence

Requirements
• Minimum 4,000 Total Flight Hours
• Minimum 2,500 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Hours
• Minimum 2,000 Multi-Engine Pilot-in-Command (MPIC) Hours
• Current Dash 8 PPC not expired for more than 24 months
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to safety culture
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol testing

Preferred Qualifications
• British Columbia flying experience
