Position Summary
The First Officer is responsible for assisting in the safe and efficient operation of the Dash 8 aircraft while supporting passenger charter, cargo transport, and customized flight operations. This position promotes the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and operational excellence.

Schedule
• Full-Time
• Schedule based on operational charter requirements

Responsibilities
• Operate the Dash 8 safely and efficiently
• Represent the company professionally during all flight operations
• Participate in aircraft pre-flight inspections
• Complete post-flight duties
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety and operational procedures

Requirements
• Current Canadian Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) or written IATRA
• Minimum 1,000 Total Flight Hours
• Minimum 500 Multi-Engine Flight Hours
• Ability to obtain a Canadian Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC)
• Strong commitment to safety
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Current Dash 8 Type Rating
• British Columbia flying experience
• Mountain flying experience
