Position Summary

The First Officer Talent Community is intended for pilots interested in future cargo flight operations aboard Boeing wide-body aircraft. First Officers support safe and efficient Part 121 operations across domestic and international routes. This is a talent community for future opportunities and is not an actively hiring position at this time.

Schedule
• Future full-time opportunities.
• Varying schedules may include reserve duty, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Multiple schedule options may be available depending on fleet assignment.

Responsibilities
• Serve as First Officer during assigned Part 121 flight operations.
• Support the safe and efficient operation of assigned aircraft.
• Maintain compliance with applicable Federal Aviation Regulations and operating procedures.
• Apply effective crew resource management and flight deck communication.
• Exercise accurate and timely operational decision-making.
• Maintain required professional and operational standards throughout domestic and international operations.

Requirements
• Current unrestricted FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with Airplane Multi-Engine Land rating and English proficiency endorsement.
• Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
• Minimum 1,500 hours Total Time.
• Minimum 1,000 hours Fixed-Wing, or 500 hours with a Part 121 or Part 135 operator, or military rotary-wing flight training graduate with at least 250 hours Fixed-Wing PIC.
• Minimum age 23 and subject to applicable Part 121 mandatory retirement requirements.
• Valid passport with at least 24 months remaining validity and no restrictions on international travel.
• Ability to obtain required international entry visas and CANPASS authorization.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to successfully complete DOT pre-employment drug testing.
• Ability to pass required security, pilot records, and employment background reviews.
• Ability to provide five years of applicable training records or supporting documentation.
• Working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to Part 121 operations.

Preferred Qualifications
• 2,500 hours Total Time in Part 121, Part 135, Part 91, or military operations.
• 500 hours Turbine.
• More than 200 hours flown within the previous 12 months.
• Wide-body, PIC, military, and/or international flight experience.
• Experience with complex avionics and flight management systems.
• Multi-crew experience with CRM/TEM knowledge.
• Experience operating in complex airspace and conducting advanced instrument procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Flight, Aviation Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Compensation
• 64-hour minimum monthly pay guarantee beginning on date of hire for future First Officer positions.
