Position Summary

The Captain is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Beechcraft 99 while conducting cargo flight operations in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies. This position requires sound judgment, strong crew resource management skills, professionalism, and a commitment to safety and customer service while operating in day, night, and all-weather conditions.

Schedule

Responsibilities
• Operate the Beechcraft 99 in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures.
• Conduct flight operations safely in day, night, and all-weather conditions.
• Maintain the highest standards of safety and customer service.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support safe and efficient cargo operations.

Requirements
• Minimum 1,100 total flight hours.
• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate.
• Multi-Engine Rating.
• Instrument Rating.
• FAA Second Class Medical Certificate.
• Meet all Part 135 pilot requirements.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to successfully complete company training.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds regularly.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, and U.S. Postal Service clearance.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and have resided in the U.S. for at least 4.5 of the previous 5 years.

Compensation
• First-year pilots typically earn approximately $90,000 annually, including route pay, per diem, and other compensation programs.
