USA Airlines LLC invites qualified and motivated pilots to apply for the position of First Officer on the Airbus A320 fleet. Responsibilities:

• Support the Captain in all phases of flight operations, ensuring compliance with FAA and company procedures
• Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections and participate in flight planning and briefings
• Monitor aircraft systems and performance throughout all stages of flight
• Maintain precise communication with ATC and flight dispatch
• Ensure the highest standards of safety, punctuality, and customer care
• Participate in ongoing simulator training and performance assessments

Requirements:

• FAA Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with Instrument Rating
• Minimum 1,000 total flight hours (including 500 hours multi-engine)
• Airbus A320 Type Rating preferred or willingness to undergo training
• Valid First Class Medical Certificate
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork attitude
• Legal right to work and reside in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

• Flight experience under Part 121 or Part 135 operations
• Strong CRM (Crew Resource Management) and decision-making skills
• Prior experience operating in complex airspace and high-density airports
