Position Summary

The Lead Captain is responsible for operating the Falcon 900EX EASy as Pilot in Command while also overseeing flight department coordination, compliance, and crew management. This role ensures safe, efficient operations across Part 91 and 135 missions while maintaining strong communication between the flight department and company leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot in Command (PIC) or SIC as assigned
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company SOPs
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections
• Coordinate with maintenance, scheduling, and account management teams
• Manage crew schedules, performance, and communication
• Review expense reports, billing summaries, and operational documentation
• Maintain aircraft readiness, inventory, and compliance standards
• Liaise with training, maintenance, and operations leadership
• Support flight department operations, reporting, and planning

Requirements

• ATP Certificate
• Falcon 900EX EASy Type Rating
• First Class Medical
• Must meet Part 91/135 operational requirements
• Valid driver’s license and passport
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check
• Must live within 2 hours of assigned base

• Leadership or Lead Captain experience
