Position Summary

The Second in Command (SIC) supports safe and efficient operation of Gulfstream G200 aircraft in Part 91 and Part 135 operations. This role reports directly to the Base Chief Pilot and is responsible for assisting in all phases of flight while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures.


Responsibilities

• Assist PIC in safe operation of Gulfstream G200 aircraft across Part 91 and Part 135 flights
• Execute all phases of flight while ensuring passenger, crew, and aircraft safety
• Operate in full compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures
• Manage duty, flight, and rest requirements in accordance with CFRs while maintaining availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Maintain communication with company regarding schedules, assignments, and reports
• Manage electronic flight bag (EFB) systems and ensure charts/manuals are current


Requirements

• ATP (Unrestricted)
• Current First Class Medical Certificate
• 1,500 total flight hours
• 500 PIC hours
• 500 multi-engine hours
• 100 turbine hours
• 150 instrument hours
• FCC Restricted Radio License
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
• Ability to pass drug screening and FAA PRD review
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience


Preferred Qualifications

• Recent Part 142 training in type (within 24 months)
• Experience in Part 135 operations
