Position Summary

The Captain is responsible for the safe and professional operation of either the Challenger 300 or Citation X in business aviation operations. This home-based position requires extensive turbine aircraft command experience, strong operational decision-making, and a commitment to safety and professional customer service.

Schedule
• Home based.
• 8 days on / 6 days off rotation.
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and short-notice travel.
• High-volume flying environment.

Responsibilities
• Serve as Captain aboard either the Challenger 300 or Citation X.
• Conduct safe and efficient flight operations in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures.
• Complete flight planning, navigation, and aircraft performance requirements.
• Operate modern avionics and flight management systems.
• Apply Safety Management System procedures and established safety practices.
• Coordinate effectively with fellow crewmembers, Dispatch, and Maintenance.
• Exercise sound and timely operational decision-making.
• Provide professional service to corporate and high-net-worth passengers.

Requirements
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
• FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• Extensive experience as a turbine aircraft Captain.
• Significant PIC experience in multi-engine turbine aircraft.
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and corporate aviation operating practices.
• Proficiency with flight planning, navigation, aircraft systems, modern avionics, and flight management systems.
• Strong understanding of Safety Management System (SMS) practices.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to successfully complete background and pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to accommodate flexible schedules and short-notice travel.

Preferred Qualifications
• Challenger 300 and/or Citation X experience.
• Experience on comparable business jet aircraft.
• Previous Part 135 experience.
• Knowledge of charter flight operations.
• Familiarity with ARG/US and IS-BAO standards.
