Description
Position Summary
The Gulfstream G-IV Captain serves as Pilot in Command, providing safe, reliable, and professional air transportation while delivering a high level of customer service. This position is responsible for the safety and comfort of passengers while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and operational requirements.
Schedule
• Full-time.
• Variable schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to travel unrestricted to all destinations served by the operation.
Responsibilities
• Serve as Pilot in Command of Gulfstream G-IV aircraft.
• Provide safe and reliable air transportation for customers.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout each flight.
• Exercise sound judgment and leadership during normal, abnormal, and emergency situations.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a flight crew.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and other team members.
• Operate in varying climates and locations worldwide.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and operational professionalism.
Requirements
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate.
• Gulfstream G-IV Type Rating.
• Minimum 4,000 hours total flight time.
• Minimum 2,000 hours turbojet.
• Minimum 1,500 hours PIC.
• Minimum 500 hours Gulfstream G-IV time in type.
• Minimum 250 hours PIC in the Gulfstream G-IV.
• At least one year of Part 135 and/or Part 121 experience.
• Valid FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• Valid FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
• Valid passport and documentation permitting reentry into the United States following international flights.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to travel unrestricted to all required destinations.
• Ability to successfully complete required TSA criminal background checks and DOT drug screening.
• Ability to work with portable electronic devices.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
