Description
Position Summary
The Captain is responsible for the safe and professional operation of a Gulfstream G650ER supporting Part 91 and Part 135 operations. This position serves as Pilot-in-Command while delivering safe, efficient, and customer-focused private aviation services. The aircraft operates approximately 350 hours annually, with approximately 90% Part 91 and 10% internal Part 135 flying.
Schedule
• Full-time
• Approximately 350 flight hours annually
• Approximately 90% Part 91 and 10% internal Part 135 operations
• Must reside within a two-hour drivable commute of Dallas Love Field (KDAL) or be willing to relocate
Responsibilities
• Serve as Pilot-in-Command of the Gulfstream G650ER
• Safely and professionally conduct assigned flight operations
• Maintain compliance with all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations
• Comply with company operations manuals and Operations Specifications
• Follow established standard operating procedures and company policies
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service
• Maintain strong working relationships with passengers and team members
• Prioritize and organize operational responsibilities effectively
• Work collaboratively with other crew members and operational personnel
• Exercise sound judgment and decision-making in high-pressure environments
• Complete assigned duties accurately and in a timely manner
• Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
• Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate
• Current Gulfstream Type Rating
• Minimum 3,500 hours Total Flight Time
• Minimum 2,000 hours PIC
• Minimum 1,000 hours Turbine
• Minimum 200 hours Gulfstream time in type; highly qualified PIC candidates with strong relevant experience may be considered
• Demonstrated large-cabin Part 91/135 experience
• Must reside within a two-hour drivable commute of KDAL or be willing to relocate
• Ability to comply with DOT/FAA drug and alcohol testing requirements
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
Preferred Qualifications
• Strong relevant PIC experience may be considered in lieu of the stated 200-hour Gulfstream time-in-type requirement
