Description
Position Summary
The Captain is responsible for serving as Pilot in Command (PIC) during all assigned flight operations while ensuring the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. This position oversees all aspects of flight operations, supports training initiatives, and promotes continuous operational improvement.
Schedule
• Full-Time.
Responsibilities
• Serve as Pilot in Command in accordance with company policies, aviation regulations, and operational procedures.
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers, crew members, aircraft, and flight operations.
• Exercise sound aeronautical decision-making throughout all phases of flight.
• Report operational, safety, and compliance concerns.
• Complete and maintain all required operational and flight documentation.
• Maintain current flight licenses, medical certificates, passports, visas, and required qualifications.
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight procedures in accordance with the Operations Manual and Aircraft Flight Manual.
• Perform Ground Instructor and Flight Instructor duties as assigned.
• Support operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Head of Flight Operations.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
• Current Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
• Minimum 2,000 hours total flight time.
• Minimum 1,500 hours multi-engine jet or turboprop time.
• Minimum 1,000 hours Pilot in Command (PIC).
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and flight operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• No criminal record.
• No history of aviation incidents or accidents attributable to pilot negligence.
• Exempt from military service requirements, where applicable.
Preferred Qualifications
• Current or previous King Air 350 Type Rating.
• Corporate aviation experience.
• Charter aviation experience.
• Business aviation experience.
• Ground Instructor and/or Flight Instructor experience.
