Description

Position Summary
Seeking a Challenger 300 Captain (PIC) to support Part 135 flight operations. This position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft while overseeing flight planning, crew coordination, risk management, passenger service, and regulatory compliance in both domestic and international operations.


Schedule
• 8 hard days off per month
• Approximately 280–310 flight hours annually


Responsibilities
• Serve as Pilot in Command with final authority for the safe operation of assigned flights
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, and operating procedures
• Conduct flight planning, weather analysis, fuel planning, routing, and aircraft airworthiness reviews
• Lead crew coordination and communication throughout all phases of flight
• Provide a high level of customer service and passenger support
• Participate in the Safety Management System (SMS) and risk mitigation efforts
• Mentor and support First Officers and other flight crew members
• Complete post-flight documentation and operational reporting
• Maintain required training, certifications, and regulatory compliance


Requirements
• 5,000 Total Flight Hours
• 2,500 Pilot in Command (PIC) Hours
• 2,500 Multi-Engine Land Hours
• 1,500 Multi-Engine PIC Hours
• 2,000 Turbine Hours
• 500 Instrument Hours
• ATP Certificate with Multi-Engine Land Rating
• Current First Class Medical Certificate
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, flight planning, and Safety Management Systems (SMS)
• Strong communication and leadership skills


Preferred Qualifications
• FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
• Previous Part 135 experience
